After Service Cancellation:

  • Account information is retained for 90 days for potential reactivation
  • Billing records are retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance
  • Support tickets are retained for 2 years for quality assurance

Backups: Deleted data may persist in backups for up to 30 days before being permanently removed.

Legal Holds: Data subject to legal proceedings or investigations is retained until the matter is resolved.

Your Content: You retain all rights to content you upload to game servers or web hosting (game files, websites, databases, player data).

Our Access: Our staff may access your server data only for:

  • Legal compliance and court orders

Player Data: If you operate game servers, YOU are responsible for complying with privacy laws regarding player data collection. We are a data processor, not a data controller, for player information.
